The National Capital District Provincial Health Authority (NCDPHA) remains committed to investing in its people and strengthening its workforce capacity to deliver quality public health services across the city.
The Public Service Induction Training – Batch 1 commenced on 12–16 October 2026 at the National Library Conference Room in Waigani. The program is being delivered internally by NCDPHA’s Human Resource Management Team, reflecting the Authority’s focus on building a well‑grounded, confident, and professionally aligned workforce.
The Chief Executive Officer for NCD Provincial Health Authority, Dr. Robin Oge, said, “Building a capable and confident workforce begins with equipping our staff with the right foundations.” He said, “This induction is an investment in the future of our organisation and the communities we serve.”
The training covers key areas of public service ethics, organisational values, workplace conduct, and the roles and responsibilities expected of all officers serving under NCDPHA. By delivering this program internally, the Authority ensures that staff receive guidance that is aligned with its operational realities, service expectations, and long‑term organisational goals.
NCDPHA looks forward to the positive outcomes of this training, including improved professionalism, strengthened accountability, and enhanced service delivery across all clinics and divisions.
