
The National Capital District Provincial Health Authority (NCDPHA) convened a consultative meeting with key health service partners to review and strengthen the Strategic Health Services Development Plan (Volume 2).
The meeting brought together representatives from Bomana Police Clinic, St. Theresa Clinic, Murray Barracks Clinic, St. Paul’s Clinic, PNG Educational Institute, Kaugere Clinic, and Ulamagic Clinic. Discussions focused on aligning the plan with national health priorities and policies, while ensuring long-term sustainability and resilience across the health sector.
NCDPHA Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Robin Oge, emphasized the importance of collaboration in shaping the future of health services in the National Capital District:
“Our vision, mission, and values must reflect the needs of our people and the realities of our health system. By working closely with our co-partners, we can build a strategic plan that not only aligns with national priorities but also strengthens infrastructure, supports sustainability, and enhances resilience across all health sectors.”

The consultative meeting reaffirmed NCDPHA’s commitment to inclusive planning and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that the Strategic Health Services Development Plan Volume 2 reflects both national directives and local realities.
