The National Capital District Provincial Health Authority (NCDPHA) successfully hosted its third and final Internal Consultative Meeting today, marking a significant milestone in the development of its Corporate and Health Service Strategic Development Plan.

The meeting brought together Directors, Deputy Directors, Hospital Managers, District Medical Officers, Program Coordinators, and Line Managers from across the Provincial Health Authority. Their collective insights and feedback will shape the future direction of health service delivery in the National Capital District.

NCDPHA Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Robin Oge, reaffirmed the importance of inclusivity and collaboration in the planning process, stating:

“This Strategic Development Plan is a roadmap for transforming health services in the National Capital District. By engaging our leaders and managers in this final consultative meeting, we ensure that the voices of those at the frontline of health delivery are heard and reflected. Together, we are building a stronger, more responsive health system for our people.”

The consultative process underscores NCDPHA’s commitment to transparency, stakeholder engagement, and community-centered health planning. The Strategic Development Plan, once finalized, will serve as a guiding framework for strengthening infrastructure, improving service delivery, and enhancing the overall health outcomes for residents of the National Capital District.
